Experienced Foundation Labourer
• Marshall Construction Company is hiring an Experienced Foundation Labourer to join our growing team in Red Deer County, AB.
• We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused foundation labourer, concrete labourer, or construction labourer with foundation experience who wants to build a long-term career and advance through Carpenter Apprenticeship opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Install, strip, and maintain concrete forms
• Pour and vibrate concrete
• Cut, tie, and place rebar
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist Foremen and crew members with daily construction activities

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of foundation construction experience (other construction experience may be considered)
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to perform demanding physical labour and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test if needed
