By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a job seeker profile.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current
• Keep your password confidential - you are responsible for activity under your account
• One account per person or business; do not impersonate anyone else
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Creating a profile, searching, and applying are free.

• Only submit information and documents that are truthful and your own
• Apply genuinely - do not use the platform to send bulk or automated applications
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a reply, an interview, or a job

• Your business must be verified before job postings go live
• Post only genuine vacancies at your own organization
• Job postings must comply with the Alberta Human Rights Act and all applicable employment law
• Use candidate information only to assess people for the role they applied to
• Do not share, sell, or repurpose candidate data

Postings that are discriminatory, misleading, or advertise unpaid work presented as employment will be removed.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download listings or profiles
• Attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorized to use
• Upload malicious files, or anything you do not hold the rights to
• Post unlawful, harassing, or deliberately false content
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting it you grant us the limited permission needed to host and display it for the purpose you submitted it - showing your application to an employer, or your job posting to candidates.

We are a platform that connects people. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the site.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any job posting or profile
• We do not guarantee employment, applicants, or hiring outcomes
• We do not conduct background checks on job seekers
• The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

Verify anyone you deal with independently before making commitments or sharing sensitive personal or financial details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, lost income, or disputes between employers and candidates.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
